Pricing
Participant Fee
Researchers must pay participants at least the minimum fee based on the average survey response time. However, researchers can offer participants a higher payment than the minimum fee to increase their motivation to complete the survey.
Basic Service Fee
65% of the total amount paid to participants is charged as a service fee, including taxes. For researchers registered with a university email address, this rate is reduced to 55%.
Filtering Service Fee
Using filters is not mandatory. However, researchers can use our filtering tool to target participants with specific characteristics (e.g., age, gender, income level, etc.). In this case, an additional 1% commission fee is charged for each filter applied.
Example Calculation
For example, if an academic researcher wants to collect data from 200 women through a 5-minute survey and pays ₺35 per participant, the total cost is calculated as follows:
