Your personal data may be processed by YouReply Technology Trade Education Consultancy Research Organization Joint Stock Company within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

With this Clarification Text prepared as the Data Controller, we aim to inform users within the scope of the "Data Controller's Obligation to Inform" in the Law about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, how the collected information will be used, to whom and for what purposes the processed personal data may be transferred, the method of collecting personal data, its legal reason, and your other rights stated in Article 11 of the Law. We want to ensure that you understand how we collect and use your personal data in our services.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

The collection and processing of your personal data orally, in writing, or electronically are used, but not limited to, the following purposes: providing services to you under our C2C business model, understanding how you use our services to improve and personalize your experiences, creating a reliable online research platform that enables individuals and organizations conducting research through the YouReply platform to reach their target participants and obtain accurate information, conducting market research, and carrying out payment transactions. Additionally, we use personal data to offer customized advertisements based on your interests.

Sharing of Personal Data

We may share your personal data with individuals and organizations who want to conduct research using YouReply Technology Trade Education Consultancy Research Organization Joint Stock Company's services. We also share personal data with law enforcement agencies when legally required to protect YouReply and other customers. We may share personal data to carry out research activities, meet administrative reporting needs, fulfill various legal obligations arising from regulations, enforce legal procedures, and for other purposes with your consent.

Data Processed as Data Controller

YouReply Technology Trade Education Consultancy Research Organization Joint Stock Company collects your personal data through various means. For example:

  1. When you create an account or profile, we may request information about you such as your name, Turkish Republic ID number, date of birth, phone number, photo, or email address.
  2. Survey/form/application data (questions and answers) are stored for you, and analysis tools are provided for your use. Based on the survey link, we may request special categories of personal data such as age, education level, lifestyle, preferences, race, ethnicity, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, attire, association/foundation/trade union membership, health, sexual life, criminal convictions, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data.
  3. To process payment transactions, we may request your name, address, contact information, payment and shipping details, bank account, and bank/credit card information.
  4. When you contact Customer Service, we may request the information necessary to respond to your inquiries or resolve your issue.
  5. We may use your site usage information, device, and browser data to improve our services for you and all users.
  6. If additional information collection is necessary, we will ask for your permission.

All information and content you submit to us may always be recorded or copied outside the application by individuals and organizations conducting research through the YouReply platform. Therefore, do not share content that you do not want others to record or share.

We may collect and use information from third parties and integration partners for the following purposes:

  • We allow you to register for our services via third-party integrations such as Facebook and Google.
  • We customize our services for you and enable their use in conjunction with other services.

Data Retention Period

  • Your data is retained for the minimum period necessary to provide a service.
  • If required by law or contract, or for legal compliance obligations.
  • Only for as long as necessary for its original collection purpose or as required by contract, applicable laws, or statistical purposes.
