Terms of Use

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between YouReply Technology Trade Education Consultancy Research Organization Joint Stock Company, located at Hacettepe University Technology Development Zone, Beytepe Campus, 6th R&D Building C Block, Çankaya / Ankara(hereinafter referred to as “YOUREPLY”), and individuals/customers/participants/survey creators visiting or registering on the website at https://www.youreply.com.tr(hereinafter referred to as “User”).

By visiting the website at https://www.youreply.com.tr or registering as a researcher or participant, Users agree to the terms of this Agreement. Users undertake to comply with this Agreement, any additional terms of use published by YOUREPLY, and the laws of the Republic of Turkey while using the site. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability belongs to the User.

When identifying Users, their name, surname, Turkish ID number, and email address are entered into the registration screen. Necessary security measures have been taken within the systems and internet infrastructure of YouReply Technology Trade Education Consultancy Research Organization Joint Stock Company and/or relevant banks and payment institutions to ensure the security of information and transactions entered into our site. The Privacy Policy provisions on our website apply to YOUREPLY’s practices regarding your personal data.

Transactions on this website are carried out by YOUREPLY, and all invoices and other sales-related documents (Distance Sales Agreement, Pre-Information Form, etc.) are issued by YOUREPLY. YOUREPLY cannot access the User’s credit card, virtual card, account information, or other banking data in any way, and all payment transactions and approvals are carried out independently of YOUREPLY by banks and payment institutions online.

The User agrees, declares, and undertakes that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, is not misleading, and that they are solely responsible for any damages and sanctions arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information. The User agrees to compensate YOUREPLY for any direct, indirect, or other damages suffered due to such issues immediately and in full.

The User accepts, declares, and guarantees that they are over 18 years old and legally competent under the Turkish Civil Code.

The User agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will not engage in immoral or unlawful behavior while using the site and will not share illegal or unethical data/questions. YOUREPLY is not responsible for any actions violating this clause, and the User assumes all liability and will compensate YOUREPLY for any damages suffered.

YOUREPLY is not responsible for communication issues between Users.

Most content within our services is created by Users and third parties. Regardless of whether such content is publicly posted or privately sent, the sole responsibility for such content lies with the person or entity that provided it. While YOUREPLY reserves the right to review, monitor, or remove content, it is not responsible for reviewing all content.

The username and password required for Users to benefit from the site are personal. The User agrees that only they will use the assigned username and password. If a third party uses the User’s login credentials, YOUREPLY has the right to cancel the membership and block access to the site.

User data is collected, processed, and shared in accordance with legal regulations and YOUREPLY’s Privacy Policy. Membership details and any communication data provided may be used for updating information, delivering products/services, collecting service fees, and conducting various promotional, advertising, communication, and marketing activities.

The User consents to receiving all commercial electronic messages related to this Agreement from YOUREPLY. These may be sent via automated systems such as email, SMS, or other communication tools. If the User does not wish to receive commercial electronic messages, they can withdraw their consent at any time.

YOUREPLY may provide links to websites, files, or content operated by third parties outside of its control. These links do not indicate support for the site or content, and YOUREPLY has no liability regarding these external sites.

All intellectual property rights related to the website’s content, organization, and design belong to YouReply Technology Trade Education Consultancy Research Organization Joint Stock Company. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or transmission of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

If the User violates the Agreement or at YOUREPLY’s sole discretion, YOUREPLY may terminate the User’s membership or block access to the site without any liability.

Turkish Law applies to disputes arising from this Agreement, and Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

This Agreement may be updated without prior notice as new features are added or as feedback is received from Users.
